Hotline have been great, I made an order and then realised I wanted to change it the next day and they were very quick at supporting my needs, the proofs are great as well.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. The visual design team were incredibly responsive, answering my queries, taking suggestions on board and helping to make sure our logo looked just right. I particularly appreciated them recommending alternative products that were better suited to our logo rather than simply proceeding with the original choices. The customer service team were equally helpful, especially when I accidentally paid for an order using the wrong credit card. They made cancelling the order and sorting everything out incredibly straightforward. I was also very grateful for the cheeky 5% discount while I was reviewing the products. I have looked at numerous other suppliers and no one else has offered a discount for the bulk of our order so it was a no brainer. I genuinely can’t fault the service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful, responsive and accommodating, and you will definitely be our go-to supplier for merchandise for future events. Thank you so much, Hotline!

Easy to navigate

I found the website easy to navigate - and the designs were back quickly. I was surprised at the cost for delivery though - this could be and more clear, as it kept going up the more I ordered and usually its free over a certain amount with other companies - but that would be my only negative... looking forward to receiving the merch now!

We appreciate your comments regarding delivery costs. Delivery is allocated separately for each order line because different products can sometimes have different delivery dates. They may be also printed in different locations resulting in separate deliveries. However, we really appreciate your feedback about how this can affect the overall cost.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. My requested design changes on the order were done very quickly. One small point is that I would have liked the indicated price to have included VAT, rather than just showing the VAT amount in the final quote.
