The courier lost one of my packages and Hotline.co.uk replaced the missing items within a very short timescale, ready for a event. Such a relief to have a supportive supplier. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I think paying for 3 deliveries isn't great, I ordered 3 samples and paid for each delivery individually, that's not nice. That is how companies put customers off.

It was good getting the image back so quickly but the pricing was deceptive. It wasn't clear that the VAT was not included and was added right at the end.
