How our Price Match Promise Works

If you've found the same product cheaper elsewhere, we'll match the price. Simple. Just upload the details, and we'll take care of the rest.

On your Visual Proof™, head to the Price Match section and upload the competitor's quote showing the lower price.

We’ll Verify It

We’ll confirm the product is the same in terms of specification, size, branding method, and order quantity.

Request a Price Match

If it all matches, we’ll update your Visual Proof™ and quote to reflect the lower price.

That's it! Just have the competitor's quote handy - it only takes a few minutes, and you'll be saving money in no time. Winner winner!

The Important Bits

No confusing jargon, just a few things you should know:

The competitor's product must be identical in size, colour, branding method, and turnaround time.
You'll need to upload the official quote via your Visual Proof™ form online.
The quote must be current and from a UK-based competitor.
The product must be available to order and pay for on the same day.
Our Price Match Promise can't be combined with other promotions or discounts.
It doesn't apply to products with pricing errors.
